Beginning April 18 we will introduce the newly redesigned Private Client Select Home Replacement Cost Estimator (RCE) in PCS One, to help you quickly establish a more accurate Coverage A starting point when quoting new business.
The estimate is informed by key factors, including:
- Property location and living space
- Construction materials
- Interior finishes and features
- Architectural and engineering fees
- Building permits and contractor costs
Getting started is simple. Provide:
- Property address
- Square footage
- Year built
- Overall home quality
The RCE also allows you to input additional information such as:
- Porches, terraces, and decks
- Other structures and exterior spaces
- We understand that every home is unique. The tool offers flexibility through a range of construction quality selections. If you're unsure which to choose, PCS provides guidance with detailed definitions across six quality levels—helping you select the appropriate caliber and generate a more accurate estimate.
Private Client Select’s Replacement Cost Estimator tool is designed to provide a general estimate of reconstruction costs for insureds’ properties.
